Quality Control
Quality Control & Testing for Every Pool
No Felizbay pool leaves the factory without passing a 24–48 hour pressure-drop test and a full inspection of seams, valves and dimensions. This is the QC system behind our wholesale and OEM/ODM programs.
Six Checks Before Packing
Quality at Felizbay is not a final random spot-check — it is a sequence of checks woven through production, ending with a hold-time test that verifies the finished product as a whole.
24–48 Hour Pressure-Drop Test
Every completed pool is inflated to its rated operating pressure and held for 24–48 hours. Any measurable pressure drop, deformation or leak means the unit does not ship.
Valve & Seal Verification
Filter-pump ports, shut-off valves, drain valves and over-inflation safety valves are individually checked for absolute air and water tightness after heat-sealing.
Full Seam & Rail Inspection
Welded seams, reinforced rail bands and corners are visually inspected on every unit for continuity, flatness and spec adherence — no skipped stitches, no pinholes.
Dimensional Control
Finished height, diameter and squareness are checked against engineering drawings so pools match the published dimensions and packed sizes on the price list.
Material Compliance
UV-resistant, REACH-compliant double-layer drop-stitch PVC with proven full-season outdoor service life — the same fabric family as our SUP boards.
Packing & Loading Check
Inclusions (1000W pump, repair kit, covers where applicable) are verified against the packing list before carton sealing and container loading.
Pressure Test Standards
Published pressure limits are enforced on 100% of production — not on a sample basis.
After-Sales Commitment
Every pool ships with a repair kit for field fixes, and spare parts — valves, patches, pumps and covers — remain available through our support team at [email protected] for the life of the product. Wholesale and OEM partners receive priority spare-part allocation with their orders.
